He is a former National President, National Vice -President and NSW/ACT State President of the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA). Jonathan has over 23 years industry experience. In his role with the Migration Institute of Australia as Board Director and National and State President Jonathan was actively involved in industry liaison with the Department of Immigration and Border Protection, State Governments and Skills Authorities. Jonathan regularly presents Continuing Professional Development seminars on Australian Immigration Law for the Migration Institute of Australia. He is also a regular contributor to the MIA submissions to Government and has appeared before the Senate Legal and Constitutional Affairs Legislation Committee to provide expert industry testimony.
