Dr Roy Rodolfo Lao Nicomedes is an overseas-trained professional dentist in his country of origin, the Philippines. He graduated in 1995 from the University of the East (UE), Manila, the leading University in the field of Dentistry. He was a licensed dental practitioner since December 1995 after passing the Licensure Examination for Dentists. Dr Nicomedes ran his Nicodental Clinic for 4 years before he migrated to Australia in 1999. In 2006, Roy has attained the post-graduate certificate in Australian Migration Law and Practice, from the School of Law, Murdoch University, Perth Australia. He obtained his license afterwards and became a member of the MIA (Migration Institute of Australia). Roy's employment with KPMG has developed his migration knowledge and honed him to become a more effective migration professional.
