I have had a lengthy senior career in Medical/Scientific fields and in Australian Commonwealth Govt Departments such as the Australian Taxation Office, Medicare (the Health Insurance Commission), the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (regulate Doctors, Nurses etc) and in private enterprise at senior levels. I have a particular focus on visa problems, appeals and with Vietnam. I understand how government departments such as Immigration think and what they need. I have significant experience in Review Tribunals including the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
